TOADS has a continual process of developing guidelines and reviewing existing policies. All current guidelines and associated forms will be linked on this page.
Membership Terms and Conditions – The TOADS Terms and Conditions of Membership (as outlined on the Membership application).
Canine Contagious Diseases Policy – This Policy is to provide guidance for Members whose Dogs have contracted a contagious disease.
Refund Policy – This policy provides guidance to determine in which circumstances a refund will be made.
Refund Policy - Competitions - By entering a competition hosted by TOADS you agree that you have read and understand the refund policy and by lodging your entries, you agree with and are bound by the Policy.
Privacy Policy – Your privacy is important. The Committee of Townsville Outdoor Agility Dog Sports (TOADS) is committed to protecting the quality and privacy of personal information the club collects, holds and administers.
